2026 Big Pine Lake “Pass The Handle” Event

The Big Pine Lake Water Ski Team hosts a free event for kids to learn to water ski or water ski better every summer! The event is part of USA Water Ski & Wake Sports “Pass the Handle” Program (Yes, it used to be called “Get on the Water.”) It’s designed to get the next generation of water skiers out on the lake and having fun. In other words, leave the tube at home.

We are doing things a bit different this year in order to give more kids a chance to participate. Instead of an all day event, each child will come for the morning 9a-12p or the afternoon 1p-4p. We can’t wait to see many more new faces!

THE NEXT EVENT will be held July 6-7, 2026
